MassMin is one of the world’s most important mining conferences. This year, it will be held in Kiruna from September 17-19 and is organized by LKAB in collaboration with Luleå University of Technology.
Conference and networking for the mining industry will be in focus in Kiruna this fall. The entire world’s mining expertise will gather for the ninth edition of MassMin, which has been held every four years since 1982. The first event was in Denver, Colorado, USA. Now it’s Kiruna’s turn to host around 600 delegates from about 20 different countries.
Kiruna Wagon is sponsoring MassMin and will be present to participate in the business expo at Aurora Culture & Congress Center together with the American system and component manufacturer Amsted Rail from Chicago, which supplies the bogie for Kiruna Wagon’s wagon and unloading system Helix Dumper. An exhibition of machines, open to the public, will be held outside Scandic Kiruna, where a Helix Dumper wagon will also be on display.
